Why hire an Anthropologist?
When one thinks of anthropologists, the image that often comes to mind is that of intrepid adventurers traveling to exotic locations to study tribal cultures in Papua New Guinea, the dense jungles of the Congo, or in search of the mythical city of gold. However, what often gets overlooked is that anthropologists are also experts in deciphering contemporary culture and society. Indeed, while they are authorities on ancient civilizations, they possess a unique insight into today's world as well.
Currently, companies and businesses worldwide are employing anthropologists to gain a deeper cultural understanding of their customers and to ensure the success of their products. Moreover, anthropologists are playing a crucial role in helping organizations grasp the significance of cultural diversity in the workplace. They are instrumental in developing and implementing programs that support employees from varied backgrounds, enhancing the overall inclusivity and dynamism of the work environment.
